:: Biography Thomas West, aka Puhz, was born on July 27, 1987 in Rochester, NY. He grew up in a small town called Honeoye and attended a private Catholic school until he was in 6th grade where he then transferred to Honeoye Central. Around that time he developed an interest in computers and technology. At the age of 12, he began tinkering with web design and web editing. By the age of 14, he had created a well known fan site for a band called the Deftones, which was a 100 page website that averaged 2,000 unique visitors a day. He always enjoyed modern rock music, some hip hop, playing golf, skateboarding, and riding dirtbikes. Once reaching high school, he began working with video editing and graphic design. Once graduating high school, he began attending Keuka College, a private 4-year institution on Keuka Lake. He obtained a job at Wegmans Food Markets and took a major in Business Management. He then transferred to Buffalo State College with a major in Media Productions. He is entering his fourth year of college and is doing web work and seeking new job opportunities.
